What is Orthotics?
Orthotics is the field of custom design, fabrication and fitting of braces and supports for treatment of musculoskeletal conditions resulting from illness, injury or congenital anomalies.
The Orthotist deals with patients of all ages, from babies to very elderly people and accordingly, orthotic devices can vary greatly.
